Acknowledgements:

The family of Margaret Kernan (nee Cashell) would like to express their sincere gratitude to everyone who attended her funeral, as well as all those who sent mass cards, floral tributes and kind messages of condolences. The would also like to express their heartfelt thanks to all the carers who lovingly looked after her, both in her home and then in the Rush Nursing Home. Also a special thanks to Fr. Kevin for the wonderful funeral service.

The family of the late Peter McQuillan Snr (Swords Rd Malahide) would like to express our sincere thanks to everyone for their kind expressions of sympathy and support during our time of loss. Those who called to the house or attended the funeral, our thanks to all extended family friends and neighbours who helped and supported us in many different ways for which we are deeply appreciative. Also a special thanks to the carers, doctors and nurses who cared for our father as it would be impossible to thank everyone. A mass will be said for all as a token of our sincere appreciations.

Planned Giving Envelope Collection:

Envelope collection for Sunday January 15th amounted to €2831. Thank you for your generosity.

 

Christmas Dues:

There are envelopes on the tables at the entrance of the church for those who would like to contribute. Thanks to those who have already contributed.

Leaflets available in the office for the Submission to the Citizens’ Assembly by the Irish Catholic Bishops’ Conference. 

 

Child Safeguarding: 

Any children using the toilet facilities must be accompanied by an adult (their guardian) in line with the Parish Child Safeguarding Policy.

All queries re: baptisms, weddings, etc. to go through the office. 
Opening Hours Mon- Fri 9a.m. – 11a.m. Any Daily Mass Intentions left in please also include phone number. Any Intentions for weekend Masses need to be left into the office by 12p.m. on Thursday to be included in Altar list. Thank you. Please note the Post Box is out of order at the moment.

 

Enrolment for the Parish Schools:

Enrolment for the 3 parish schools (Rush National School, St. Catherine’s National School and St. Brendan’s
National School) will take place from Monday 9th January to Friday 27th January 2017 inclusive. Pre-enrolment application forms will be available from the schools’ office between the hours of 09.30 and 14.30.

 

St. Maur’s GAA:

The St. Maur’s Ladies team and management would like to thank all the people of Rush who supported us during our recent All-Ireland campaign. The support was a huge factor in our success. We are very grateful for all the good wishes, prayers and congratulations. Thank you all.
