November List of the Dead Envelopes

Envelopes are available at the back of the Church. Please take one home with you, enclose your family dead list and return to the Post Box, Sacristy or Parish Office. All the names are included in all Masses on the First Friday throughout the year. ‘It is a Holy and Wholesome Thought to pray for the Dead.’

Do This in Memory Programme

The next Mass for our First Holy Communion Families will be on Sunday 24th  November @ 11.30am, Feast of Christ the King. Meeting for co-ordinating group will take place on Tuesday 19th  November @ 8pm.  in the Church.

‘Led by the Spirit’

The Julian Prayer Group will discuss The Resurrection of Jesus Christ (John 20: verses 11-18) with the Confirmation candidates on Tuesday November 19th.

Family Mass Children’s Liturgy Group

Family Mass Children’s Liturgy Group takes place each Sunday at the 11.30am Mass.  All children and their parents are welcome to this child-friendly service in the Day Chapel.

Tea/Coffee

 All are welcome to Tea/Coffee every Wednesday after Mass in the Day Chapel.   Arising from this the Rosary will be prayed @ 8.45am on Wednesday Morning.

Rush Christmas Craft Fair

Sunday  November 24th  2019, 11a.m.-5p.m. St. Maur’s GAA. All profits from stall rental will go to the Hospice and the Jack & Jill Foundation.

Handel’s Messiah

  Handel’s Messiah takes place on Sunday 24th November at 7.30p.m. in St Peter’s Church, Phibsborough, Dublin 7.  We are delighted the Guinness Choir &  Orchestra has accepted our invitation to perform on the night along with renowned soloists, Patricia Bardon, Andrew Boushell, Colette Boushell and Rory Musgrave.  For more information phone 01 8389708. The organisation that supports bereaved parents, is holding a Parent Evening for bereaved parents on Wednesday 20th  November at 7:20pm in the Carnegie Court Hotel, Swords, Co. Dublin.
