Harvest Sunday:
We celebrate Harvest Sunday on 7th October. All produce will be gratefully appreciated. It is proposed this year that parishioners take away the produce and leave a donation which will be distributed to St. Vincent De Paul and Br. Kevin (Caption Day Centre).
Blessing of Animals:
Blessing of the Animals will take place on Sunday 7th October from 1p.m to 1.30p.m.
Planned Giving Envelope Collection:
Envelope collection for Sunday 23rd September amounted to €775. Thank you for your generosity.

Opening Hours Mon- Fri 9a.m. – 11a.m. Any Daily Mass Intentions left in should also include a phone number. Any Intentions for weekend Masses need to be left into the office by 12 p.m. on Thursday to be included in Altar list. New stock has arrived in the shop, come in and have a browse. Thank you.
Friendly Voices
Friendly Voices is a music group that comprises of Transition Year students and Senior Citizens. We practice on Mondays in St. Joseph’s secondary school from 11-12pm. We have a cuppa and a chat before we get stuck into singing.

Beach Clean-up
The Rush Clean Coasts group invite you to join us from 11 am to 1 pm on Sunday the 30th of September for our third clean-up of the South Beach. Meeting in the South Beach Car Park at 11 am. Refreshments served afterwards in the Strand Bar.

Rinceoil Fingal
Rinceoil Fingal look forward to welcoming you to our new term of classes in Irish traditional music to commence early October.CLASSES will be available in the following instruments for children, youth and adults. REGISTRATION will take place in Rush Multipurpose Youth Facility (formerly Martins Shop) on Monday and Tuesday 1st and 2nd October between 7 pm and 8.30. All levels and age groups are welcome to join including beginners. (Children must be 7) classes will start on the 8th and 9th October. We look forward to meeting you on Registration night. Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind
Balbriggan\North County Dublin branch of Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind would sincerely like to thank Fr Bartley and his parish team for the wonderful cooperation they received recently when they took up their annual collection outside of St Maur’s Church Rush on the 8th and 9th of September. Words cannot express their appreciation and thanks to the parishioners for the exceptional sum of money collected in the amount of €724.50. All who were involved in the collection are total volunteers and all money collected goes straight into the training of more guide dogs for blind people and more assistance dogs for families who have a child with Autism. Irish Cancer Society
The Irish Cancer Society’s Daffodil Centres in Dublin are walk-in information and support centre based in seven hospitals across the country. We’re looking for volunteers to work with our Daffodil Centre Nurses. Duties include; Welcoming and talking to enquirers, listening and identifying their needs and signposting to appropriate sources of information and support. For medical or complex queries arranging for the enquirer to talk to the Cancer Nurse. Training will be provided.
