We welcome Matyas Lucian Palcik, Alise Skorobogaca, Ruby Willow Fearon, Penny Snow Fearon, Ollie Thomas Amond and Emily Grace O’Donnell who were baptised last weekend.

We sympathise with the family of Michael Leonard, Sister Celine McGuinness and Carmel Rennicks who passed away this week. May they rest in peace.

St. Maur’s Youth Choir: The Members of the choir would like to say a big Farewell and Thank You to their Leader of more than 20 years, Brenda King, for her time, dedication and commitment towards the choir. Brenda was a great leader and encouraged participation of all members and brought out the best of each member both musically and socially. Thank You, Brenda, for your time and commitment.

They would also like to sympathise with Brenda and her extended family on the recent, sudden death of her brother Terry Rice RIP. May God give them strength to come to terms with Terry’s passing.

Franciscan Missionary of Mary (St. Josephs Nursing Home) have been in their residence 25 years this weekend. We thank the sisters for their presence among us over the years and the contribution they make to the life of the Parish. We wish the community well for today and the future and we pray that they will be among us for many more years to come.

WMOF 2018: every person who wishes to attend, both adults and children, need to register for WMOF2018. All events require a ticket for entry. Some events are free while some are subject to a fee but tickets are needed for all events. You will need to complete a registration form on www.worldmeeting2018.ie to have access to tickets. The Final Mass for WMOF2018 is a free ticketed event. Every adult and child in attendance will require a ticket to access the venue.

Sat 23rd; Music, singing and dancing workshops Rush National School 1 pm – 5 pm. Seisún Ceoil Mór 9 pm until late in Rush Sailing Club. Sun 24th; Traditional Mass 11.30am St. Maur’s Church Rush in memory of deceased members and friends.

Rush Senior Citizens Social Club: Day out to NewBridge on Tuesday 26th of June. Price €15 per person. Contact Kathleen, Vera or Jean. Bus leaving at 9.30am from Millbank Theatre.

Balbriggan and District Rose and sweet pea show is on in Ardgillan Castle on Sunday the 1st of July. schedule attached open to the public 2 pm to 5 pm. Exhibits to be entered before 12 30 pm. 

Samaritans Church Gate collection will take place next weekend 23rd and 24th June.
